Westmeath Motor Group Email Privacy Policy

Our email marketing is permission based. If you received a mailing from us, it is because you (a) have subscribed to our e-zine program and have expressly shared your email address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in") or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us and we communicate with you in the form of newsletters and or other promotional mailings. If this is not the case then please unsubscribe from our mail list (using the link in the footer of any received email).

We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.
If you believe that you have received  unwanted, unsolicited mail from this system or purporting to be sent from this system that please forward that mail together with your comments to abuse@hyundaidirect.ie.

How can you stop receiving email from us?
Each email sent contains an opt-out link (unsubscribe), which is an automated way for you to immediately cease receiving email from us. If you wish to do this, simply follow the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email you received from us.

How we protect your privacy
We use industry standard protocols to safeguard the confidentiality of personally identifiable information, including secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption and firewalls.

Use of Web Beacons
When we send you emails, we may include a web beacon to allow us to determine the number of people who open our emails. Our Web beacons only report the act of opening or viewing the email you received. Outside of this, no personal information of any kind is captured and or sent to us.
Web Beacons can be refused when delivered via email. If you do not wish to receive Web Beacons via email, you will need to disable HTML images or refuse HTML (select Text only) emails via your email viewer software.

Sharing and Usage
We will never sell, rent, or disclose your personal data and email address to third parties, unless this is requested under a court order or unless this has been agreed to by you, in advance, in a separate agreement. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information, and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.
